Reading room
Opening hours
The reading room is open Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 16:30.
Visits to the reading room must be booked in advance by emailing lasitava@rmm.lv or calling 67356261 during opening hours.
Use of the collection
In the Reading Room, you can access and view selected items from our collection.
Information about museum objects is available in the electronic catalogue and card index.
To work with selected objects for research purposes, you will need to complete a collection item request form.
You may request digital copies of collection items in the Reading Room. These can be provided free of charge for viewing or, for a fee, for use outside the museum.
The centralized card index of all RMM branches provides information on museum objects.
